Space Planning & Design

To ensure a workspace design will be efficient and effective both now and in the future, we first carefully listen to client needs, identify budget requirements, then do a space analysis, reviewing current floor plans and gathering data about the current office environment. Using both existing architectural drawings and new measurements, we will then prepare preliminary space plans and develop the project design. Once the design is approved, we develop written specifications. Following final approval, we'll provide a detailed set of drawings, including a set for furniture installation, as well as review any outside contractors' drawings to ensure project integrity.
